While visiting my brother in Sumter, SC, we went to Swan Lake Iris Park, home to all 8 species of swans alongside extensive plantings of Japanese irises. This is the first of a planned series. If you are in the area, this park is a must see!
Graceful Swan features a large majestic water bird with snow white feathers, smoothly gliding across Kiawah River. Swans mate for life and symbolize purity, devotion and eternal love.
