This is a mixed media art piece that originated as an acrylic painting. I felt that something was missing, so I added a collage in the background for the textured blades of seagrass. Then, I embellished the seagrass further using acrylic pens. For collages, I use a variety of papers including wallpaper, sheet music, maps, junk mail.
